How does LOL 4 Health work?
Our workplace laughter interventions typically unfolds in a smooth blend of expressive activities and relaxation, breathing exercises and playful group interactions. Participants are taken on a fluid journey into the movements and behaviors of health, joy and connectedness, using laughter. Sessions are filled with positive and life-affirming interactions. Intentional Laughter is the glue between all activities, and it is used as a form of physical exercise. There are no jokes or comedy. We simply choose to laugh, because we can. This is an activity that can be done standing or seated. No equipment or particular articles of clothing are required. The minimum recommended duration is 20 minutes. A typical intervention lasts 45 minutes to one hour.
